1. What is the minimum drivers age required?
21 years and driving license held for at least 2 years
2. Is there a young driver surcharge?
No.
3. Where do i pick-up the car in Madeira Airport? What happens if the flight gets delayed?
One of our representatives will be waiting with a sign with your name on it as you exit past the baggage carousels.
You will have the opportunity to enter the flight number and arrival time during the booking process. We monitor all flight arrivals and only dispatch our representatives accordingly, so even if you flight gets delayed we will be there
4. Where do i pick-up the car anywhere else on the island?
For all our online bookings one of our representatives will deliver the rental car straight to whichever place you want it (Hotel, Apartment etc)
You will have the opportunity to enter an address during the booking process.
5. Do I need to present a Credit Card or leave a Deposit?
No. All our prices include insurance with fully comprehensive coverage and No Excess to pay in case of damage, so No deposit is required for all groups
6. What is not covered by the fully comprehensive coverage?
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Misfuelling, Traffic/Parking fines, Off-road driving damage, Negligent underbody damage, Loss of keys or Car documents
7. What about Windshield or Tyre damage?
They are covered (WDC, TDC)
8. How much is the charge for an additional driver?
3.50 Eur per Day.
9. Is PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) included for the driver or only the passengers like in most other car rental companies?
PAI is included for All occupants of the vehicle at no extra cost.
10. Do you accept Credit Cards as a form of payment?
Yes.
11. Is VAT and any other taxes included in the prices displayed?
Yes, 22% Vat and all other taxes are included. Nothing extra to pay other than the fuel used
12. Is there a Delivery/Collection charge or Airport surcharge?

13. What is your fuel policy?
Full to Full or in some odd cases return same level as you found it
